Made to Order Items
Many items are listed as made to order in the product description. This means they will be made after your order is complete. Order creation priority is based on the time each order is placed, unless you've chosen to purchase priority fulfillment, which will have your item created and shipped out within the next business day.
The lead time for made to order products is 2 days.
This means that it could take up to 2 days for me to make your item, depending on how many orders I currently have. If there will ever be a longer lead time than this for any reason, such as an unexpected supply shortage, I will notify you within 24 hours of your order placement.
Shipping, Returns and Refunds
I ship on Mondays and Thursdays. I offer both U.S. domestic and international shipping! Please be advised that international shipping is quite expensive and I cannot label items as gifts to bypass any additional charges in your home country. The risk to my business for doing so is greater than the satisfaction I'd get from doing it :I
If your item arrives damaged, please notify me within 7 days of arrival with photos if able. I'll review the extent of any damage caused during shipping and issue a refund for the shipping cost if you'd like to send it back. I also offer to help you fix the item and ship repair parts if you desire, which will be on a case-by-case basis :)
If there's no damage to your item and you want to return it, please contact with me within 7 days of purchase. I only accept domestic returns due to the cost of international shipping, so please make sure you are set on getting the piece before your purchase.

Custom work / Comissions
I offer custom work! Do you see something you like but want something just a bit different? You can request custom work by emailing me with the subject line [Custom Work]. You can also contact me on Facebook or Instagram to start the conversation. There is 10% up-charge on most items for custom orders, in addition to the normal cost of that item. For any extended projects, large statement pieces, or other items that take a lot of time, we can discuss further pricing details :)
Physical Events and Conventions
I really enjoy selling at events. I got my start in local goth clubs and conventions are definitely on the list. However, due to current events I'm unwilling to take this risk.
I also sell wholesale! Examples of preferred stores would be goth/alternative shops, spiritual stores, or even cosplay accessory suppliers. I'd really like to work with smaller businesses serving the goth scene, so if you own a store and like what you see, please send an email with the subject line [Wholesale - (Your Store Name)]. My wholesale program is currently under development, but I can still accept wholesale orders through email conversation until my catalog is live.
